Administration

  • obtaining permits for touristic rents (at national and regional level)

  • managing tourist tax (permission, registration, detailed management, continuous data supply)

  • keeping contact with public officers, common representatives and accountant of the Italian condominium

  • keeping contact with the police (in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism and Money Laundering Act)

  • registration of guests on the authorities (administration)

  • preparing mandatory declarations (Dichiarazione dell’imposta di soggiorno, Modello 21)

Practical attendance

  • Editing and managing Booking / Airbnb / or other profiles
  • managing reservations

  • arrival of guests – organization
  • availability on unforeseen matters

  • organizing cleaning and turns

Practical availability is provided by our office restricted to the area of ​​Lucca and Versilia, our office is happy to support our clients on finding the right service and personal presence in other locations.

In a collaboration, this is the second year we have been assigned to manage  the holiday home in Lido di Camaiore in Versilia we are taking care:

  • of the advertisements and social media presence,
  • keeping contact with guests,
  • check in and check out operations
  • scheduling shift,
  • keeping the house clean (organizing the cleaning)
