managing tourist tax (permission, registration, detailed management, continuous data supply)
keeping contact with public officers, common representatives and accountant of the Italian condominium
keeping contact with the police (in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism and Money Laundering Act)
registration of guests on the authorities (administration)
preparing mandatory declarations (Dichiarazione dell’imposta di soggiorno, Modello 21)

managing reservations

Practical availability is provided by our office restricted to the area of Lucca and Versilia, our office is happy to support our clients on finding the right service and personal presence in other locations.

In a collaboration, this is the second year we have been assigned to manage the holiday home in Lido di Camaiore in Versilia we are taking care:
- of the advertisements and social media presence,
- keeping contact with guests,
- check in and check out operations
- scheduling shift,
- keeping the house clean (organizing the cleaning)
